Recipe for beef carpacio I can write you some other time, but this desert blows my mind complitely! I want to share it with you! It´s simple, refreshing and light!
Ingredients for 6 persons
3 dcl milk
5 dkg flour
20 dkg white chocolate
75 dkg butter
2 apples
2 lemons
Power sugar
0,03 cl lemon liqueur
Phyllo pastry ( half dose)
Over boil the milk, add the flour and mix it for aprox 3-4 minutes . In a hot cream add the chocolate and butter. With the hand blender create a fine silk cream. Leave it to cool down.If you want to avoid crusting on your cream, cover it with PVC film.
Grate the 2 green apples on a smallest grater and add a juice of two squeezed lemons.
Sweet it with powdered sugar and add a 0,03 cl of lemon liqueur.
Chop the phyllo pastry ( half a packet ) on a strips and bake them 5-10 minutes in a preheat oven on 210 C
When you served first put the cream, than add apples and then cover with phyllo pastry slices!
Voila!
You can impress your guests any time!

Napravila sam strudel prema ovom receptu ali to nije ni blizu isti nedovrseni strudel iz grase... Ne mogu reci da je los ali nije to to. Znas li mozda u cemu je stvar s njihovim strudelom, je li ti prijatelj dosapnuo neku caku koja tu ne pise?
Graso koristi kadaif umjesto kora! Mi ga nismo imali u momentu! Tu je jedina caka!
